apparently darjeeling tea is good for the heart, except when you add skim milk. What? I drink a large glass of darjeeling with skim milk just about every morning, it's delicious and I know black tea drinkers have lower incidents of ovarian cancer (something I may be at risk for for other reasons), but that I wouldn't get the heart benefits because of the splash of milk I add? It's depressing. Today I am having my tea sans milk. Perhaps my next glass will have milk though, I really like it best that way.
